OPEN plan spacious contemporary and affordable, stylish studio apartment with your own comprehensive kitchen,french doors and picture window, studio sleep zone with new Queen comfy bed with linen and modern private bathroom with shower/towels and private cosy timber deck with outdoor dining table setting.

We now have wi-fi
and with personalised stylish decor it makes your stay more enjoyable and memorable and instantgrammable.

A comprehensively equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and gas cooker/ electric oven and small fridge and dining nook for a cosy night-in.Compact electric grill for outdoor use on your studio deck.

Light breakfast provisions included
for your first morning.

Greatly reduced weekly/monthly accommodation rates.

Portable evaporative cooler provided for hot days.

Wall heater & electric portable heater for safety reasons pls turn heater off while absent from studio) :
Now an additional heater and extra blankets provided during cooler months in spa country and electric double bed blanket available.

Now studio has window and french door sunblock blinds and Japanese style screen for extra privacy.
All the necessities for an affordable and reguvenating short or longer stays in the perfect spa country location-5 mins by car from Daylesford & Hepburn.

There is a shared carport, rear garden with your sun / star gaze recliners also herb garden patch.

Also available a shared covered deck area off your studio kitchen door with water basin and space suitable for rainy days or outdoor shaving etc.

The main house is off-limits.
We now have wi-fi for far better phone/ internet coverage.


Close to the local mineral spring where you can picnic and enjoy country walks.

As the studio setting is on 20acres
of farming and wooded area
5 mins from Daylesford + Hepburn Springs please download and watch the Vic Emergency app for bushfire/storm and other warnings especially in summer.

Also exterior power points on decking area.

We are also mindful of the climate, environment,power usage and our water supply from rainwater tanks.
Awareness of local wildlife
eg occasional kangaroos / insects/reptiles etc whilst driving/walking/ picnicking especially at dawn/dusk is your responsibility.
Pls wear shoes when walking on the property grassed areas.

No candles/incense indoors and studio indoors is a smoke free zone.Safety indoors and outdoors is your personal responsibility.

Tea/coffee /soap /loo paper/towel provisions supplied up to 7 days for longer stays.
Food scraps/cooking fat place in
bin outside pls.
For weekly /monthly stays a free weekly linen change provided.
French doors -use outside latches
to secure them if open.

No parties/events/drugs in studio.
