Private LOFT - accessed through our home front door - but the rest is up to you. Its private and secluded from the house. Keep to yourselves or mingle - whatever suits your mood.

The loft is a great size , airy, well appointed with its own bathroom and balcony.

A comfortable Queen sized bed ensures a relaxed nights sleep after your busy day enjoying the local amenities - beach, cafes, restaurants, walks

The space
Large private loft with your own bathroom and sun drenched balcony. Situated on the cliffs above Bondi Beach - just a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk down the hill to the surf and the buzz of Bondi Beach. The loft is light and breezy - beautifully appointed with air conditioning. mid sized smart TV, free high speed WiFi, modern beach house furnishings and a friendly family downstairs. We can accommodate 2 people with the Queen sized bed .

No private access.

No kitchen but a toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils are provided.

Bondi is full of great cafes and restaurants and we will gladly point you in the right direction - I think we've tried most! Breakfast is a special treat on the weekends and there are many great places to try.

If you have a car there is plenty of free street parking. There is a bus stop outside the house for easy access to Bondi , Bondi Junction ( the Hub ) , the City or Watson's Bay.

The area is full of things to do - an early morning dip at the beach is quite an experience, the Bondi to Bronte walk is stunning, Watson's Bay and Rose Bay are close and gorgeous and of course there is the art of watching - 'people' from the many great local eateries and 'whales' during the migration seasons.You choose - and we will gladly point you in the right direction.

The city is a short bus ride away - but why not go in by ferry boat - only 20 minutes and you get to see the harbour, the Bridge and the Opera House for a few dollars.

We have the convenience of Bondi and the Eastern Suburbs without the hassle of being on the beach strip. We would love
to have you stay - look forward to hearing from you.

If you are staying for a week or more, we provide a free weekly linen and towel cleaning service along with a full room clean each fortnight.

There is no laundry available - but there are laundromats close by

Through 2025 - we will have a property being built next door.

By April all heavy work has been completed and most days are very quiet but we can’t guarantee no noise

We do not have a full kitchen We offer a prep bar with fridge coffee machine microwave toaster kettle

ALSO - we have been asked to advise guests that the stairs going up to the Loft are quite narrow - so whilst we don't have any issues with it - apparently it can be a little tricky if you have bad knees

Neighbourhood highlights

Dover Heights has the best of both worlds as far as far as we are concerned. Sitting high above Bondi and the Harbour we get spectacular views from all over the place - we enjoy a cool breeze when the rest of the city is sweltering, we have light traffic and can park easily ... and then we have such easy access to all the good stuff Sydney has to offer

Bondi Beach is no doubt Australia's most famous city beach. The area enjoys lots of attractions - both nature based and man made. Rather than trying to keep up with the many activities available in the area we suggest you check out the Whats On section of the City of Sydney website and WhatsonBondi website

My wife and I have lived here for 25 years - our 2 daughters have flown the koop and we now are keen to share this beautiful part of the world with visitors to our city. We work from home quite often so will gladly point you in the right direction to all the great tourist spots and fantastic eateries in the area. Whilst our children were growing up we hosted foreign students as a means of broadening their understanding of the wider world. This was a great experience and we are now keen to host you for your short or medium term stay - and hopefully be part of a great experience as you discover this special part of the world. Our home is really well located - just a short walk down to Bondi Beach and easily accessible to the City and key destinations. If you have a car it will work perfectly for you as we are just outside of the congestion areas and have easy free parking around us.
