Annie's place felt lovely and rustic. There was plenty of space and everything we needed was provided. All the handwritten information was helpful. We enjoyed walking to the pub for a meal and found the area quiet but friendly. We were sorry not to meet Annie but she was away…

Absolutely beautiful place. As other reviews have noted, parking is tight and there was enough wood for one night (and ours was damp at that), but Annie's place was absolutely ideal for our exploration of north Wales. You can tell how much Annie puts into this. Above and beyond w…

Response from Annie:
Hi Jeremy, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the firewood-we actually put out extra knowing you had small children- it is a very difficult thing to gauge- one guests "enough for one night" is another guests "plenty for several nights" and if the vents on the stove are not shut tight once the fire is blazing (as per instructions) then the wood burns too quick. All future guests please note- and the wood is very well seasoned- not sure why you found it damp. Hope the oil filled radiators helped keep you warm.
