Mandalay Luxury Stay is a unique and charming townhouse situated on Darwin’s iconic Esplanade. Built in the 1990s by Lord Alistair McAlpine, this Colonial-style townhouse combines the best of classic charm and modern convenience.

With 3 generously sized King bedrooms, including the option to split the second bedroom into 2 King Singles, the townhouse offers ample space for families, friends, or colleagues. The two bathrooms upstairs, including an ensuite in the master bedroom, offer comfort and privacy. The downstairs living areas are spacious, with a lounge, separate toilet, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for socialising or enjoying a quiet moment.

Step outside to the wrap-around balcony or private patio, where you can enjoy views of the Harbour, Esplanade, tropical garden, and pool. The outdoor space features a BBQ and furniture, perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The lush garden and pool add to the tropical charm of this home, creating an inviting and serene atmosphere.
