Enjoy provencal gardens, urns and fountains surrounded by sandstone sculptures while admiring breathtaking views over rolling hills and organic vineyards. Follow our sandstone verandah onto an expansive lawn where you can soak up some morning sunshine or watch as dusk melts away into a star-soaked night.

Krinklewood Residence is a wine lovers' dream, sitting adjacent to Hunter Valley's recently awarded cellar door of the year that operates on weekends, so you can savour delicious organic wines during your stay here at Krinklewood Estate. Amongst calming sounds of wildlife, Krinklewood is the place to focus on mental health, reconnect and create.
Enjoy three king-size bedrooms, including a master suite with a working fireplace, complete with luxury linen and uninterrupted views of the surrounding gardens and vines. The generous open-plan kitchen has been consciously crafted with modern features yet retains its country charm with an additional butler's pantry, complete with premium pantry staples including fresh eggs from the property and an espresso coffee machine.
The spacious lounge and dining area are bathed in natural light with a wall of French doors opening up onto the tiered lawns and feature high-pitched ceilings, hardwood floors, thoughtfully curated art, a second working fireplace, and a 10-person French antique farm table.
Embrace the outdoors with a private wood-fired pizza oven, Weber BBQ, tennis court, and pool overlooking the estate to use at your leisure.

Please note: A refundable pre-authorisation bond of 1 night's stay will be held on your card prior to your arrival. This will be released after check-out, pending confirmation from our housekeeping team that no damage has occurred.
A pet stay of $50 per pet applies - please send us a message to request this. We ask that only well trained pet's stay with us who go to the toilet outside. Any damages to property will result in bond withheld.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the residence and shared use of the pool & loggia, tennis court and expansive grounds.
