We stayed with Elaine and Phil for two nights, on our way to and from the Dordogne for a house hunting trip. My sister and I were made to feel very welcome and it was really interesting and useful for me to hear all about our hosts experience of living in France. Elaine cooked us a delicious meal with lots of home grown veg when we arrived. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends when they are travelling to visit me (yes I bought a house). Lovely people.

Lovely place and lovely people. The river really does flow under the old mill and the gardens are lovely. Very welcoming host who was flexible, generous and good fun!

Accurate description, excellent hosts, very flexible and accommodating - given our unusual coming and going (24 Hours Le Mans Classic). We could not have hoped for a better location, experience, level of comfort. Keep bouncing Wallace!
