This Off Grid (meaning you have limited energy sources) Tiny Home is located in the middle of Kates Paddock, a green paddock surrounded by nature and kangaroos.

The moment you drive up to our Tiny Home, you are greeted with head to toe windows that overlook the lush paddock and beautiful native gum trees. Our Tiny Home is the perfect escape for a romantic getaway.

The space
Our Completely Off Grid Tiny Home in Kates Paddock, is set on a 80-acres property on the outskirts of the Moss Vale township, on a small working farm, located two hours’ drive south from Sydney and Canberra, and 15-20 minutes outside the township of Kangaroo Valley and Bowral.

Hidden in a paddock, surrounded by tall grass and native gum trees, Kates Paddock is an idyllic escape set amongst abundant wildlife and pristine natural surrounds with numerous gum trees within walking distance.

Abundant wildlife includes Kangaroos at dawn and dusk, endless Kookaburras and other birds. There’s Ewes and lambs, cows and calves.

Kates Tiny Home sleeps max. 2 people, featuring a fully-operational kitchen and outdoor gas barbecue. It includes a fire pit outside for the chilly evenings, perfect for toasted marshmallows and drinking wine!

Please understand that this is an off-grid location and our waste management system involves a compost toilet. We have directions for this on the wall.
