The Villa was beautiful, airy, and very nicely decorated. There was plenty of room and varied common spaces for our group of 16 (though note that there are no showers in the two twin rooms). The casita closest to the pool has a full dining table that seats 16; we requested the cook service for three nights and the food was very tasty, especially the sopes and the tostadas. We sent a shopping list ahead of time and the house was stocked with food, drink, and more (sunscreen, bug spray, etc. - there's a Costco in PVR) when we arrived. Carlos was fantastic, very responsive, friendly, and clear. He even found and booked an excellent mariachi band to perform at the house for us. One of the best parts of our stay was the access to the beach. It's down a steep, unpaved road just past the entrance to the house, and there were only a few other people there each time we went. By far the best beach we went to in the area (though the waves can get rough and aren't good for surfing) - just gorgeous. Can't say enough about how much we loved our stay. Many thanks to Carlos and the whole staff!

We chose this location for it's breathtaking views for our wedding and the Villas did not disappoint! It was a beautiful ceremony! Carlos is right, this is definitely a property for those who love nature and privacy. Nature was certainly present throughout the Villas. They are located in the middle of the jungle, a short (and bumpy) drive from the main road. And I mean jungle. We had some cute little froggies in the showers and a not so cute scorpion in the master bathroom. The water went out the morning of the wedding. In the late afternoon, there were a few critical hours where we feared no one would be able to shower! And just in the nic of time, the water was back on again! Carlos helped coordinate a three course dinner with an incredibly talented chef, extra tables and chairs for the ceremony, a yoga instructor for a morning class and massages! He was super responsive to emails, and very easy to get a hold of. This is the perfect place for people who go with the flow and just want to lounge around with good company. The house staff live at the entrance to the Villas and are incredibly kind and helpful. A few FYIs - If you would like to use the BBQ, bring coals! - If you book a yoga class, the white roof will be uncomfortably hot, so I recommend doing the session on the lawn next to the pool. - The internet password is given to you on a torn piece of cardboard. Take a picture of it and share it with others! - It'll be an extra $1000 to have an event on the property. This event fee as well as any additional payments that need to be made to vendors will be via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). - The location is in (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps, and as it is in the middle of the jungle, that is the way we recommend finding it. There is little to know reception on some of the jungle roads, so we recommend starting your navigation before you leave, or saving the maps offline via the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) app. - Bring ice if you want them in your drinks.

This property is jaw-droppingly amazing. It's secluded, peaceful and beautifully decorated. I kept feeling dumbfounded that we were staying at such a gorgeous place. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Carlos, the host, was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, too. What a find! One thing to note: there are *lots* of creepy-crawlies around. This wasn't an issue in the bedroom, but it was hard to keep bugs out of the living rooms.

I wasn't able to make the stay myself due an unforeseen illness but my family still attended and I thought it appropriate to ask them their experience to share, here it is: The house was just as described and pictured. Perfect for those wanting the off he beaten path R&R vacation. You truly feel like you are amidst nature. Location is remote with San Pancho and Sayulita near by. Perfect for big groups, highly recommend the daily cook service and staying in. We also took advantage of the chef service for our father's birthday dinner which was great. Carlos was amazing, always available and quick to respond to any needs. Mil gracias por todos los detalles Carlos!

Great house - the ocean breeze was a big benefit during the summer. Crazy thunderstorm that caused loss of power on the first night, but that's obviously beyond the hosts control! San Pancho is a gem of a town.
