This self standing three floor house will guarantee you a vivid vacation without traffic noise, but is also very nearby the old city center with all of its facilities. It is situated just 50m from the sea side and nearest sandy beach is 500m away and is reachable on foot. In diameter of 30m from the house you can find: market, ATM, rent-a-car, laundry and few of the best café bars and restaurants in Split.
Bedroom and toilet are situated on the top floor, while full bathroom and workspace are on the first floor. Ground floor is kitchen and dining room. Lounge area on the terrace will be perfect to rest your feet after a walking tour through the town. The house offers fast WiFi, Cable TV, air condition, floor heating, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen . Sheets and towels are included in price as well as changing sheets once a week. Both, ferry port and bus station are 15 min walking distance from the house.
Rising above the apartment LightHouse is Marjan, a tree covered hill which offers superb views over the city and which provides six square kilometers of parkland for walking and biking, as well as hiding dozens of small coves suitable for swimming.
