This property is a beachfront 4,500 square foot, 6 Bedroom 6 bathroom private villa located at Costa Azul Beach; this area offers beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and excellent surfing, with several local eateries within walking distance.

The space
Directly overlooking Cabo’s world-famous Costa Azul Beach and Zipper’s surf break, Villa Costa Azul is the ideal getaway for groups in search of an unforgettable location. Whether you’re in Los Cabos for the legendary surfing, or simply looking for a one-of-a-kind beachfront home base for a vacation with friends, this inviting villa offers all you need for a great escape.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from your private villa. Outside, you can take in the spectacular scenery from the private terrace just above the sand. Kick back on your lounge chair by the pool or take a dip in the jacuzzi as you watch the waves. Comfortable bedroom suites and a large ocean-view main living area welcome you to relax in style. Several wonderful beachfront dining spots are within walking distance nearby. The fun of charming historic San José del Cabo is just a short drive away for shopping and restaurants.

Other things to note
Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, may result in a fine. Note: During weekends and holiday weeks, noise may be heard from visitors parked on the neighboring arroyo.

Extra person fees apply after the 12th guest.

No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
No smoking is permitted inside the property.
No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized, and an event fee is paid.

Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group. See the rules for additional terms.

IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Quiet time is 10 pm-9 am. Excessive noise at any time, disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are not allowed at any time. Fines of up to $3000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.

7-night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays, a 14-night minimum is required.
High School/College spring break groups are not permitted without approval (additional deposit required).
