Kitted out in a modern New York industrial style, this apartment is self contained and low maintenance with space for eating indoors or outside on the patio. One secure parking bay will be available during your stay and there is plenty of on-street parking available if required.
You will have access to the whole apartment which is in a secure block of eight. Access the patio, car parking space and laundry.
Interaction with guests
Access the apartment is via a keypad - I will provide details once you have booked. No need to meet me there so you can arrive at any time and let yourself in. I live just down the road and will be on call should you need anything during your stay. I am happy to be flexible with check in/out times - just ask at time of booking.
No smoking within apartment or communal area. Please be respectful of neighbours as this apartment is situated within a complex of 8.
