The space

Kitted out in a modern New York industrial style, this apartment is self contained and low maintenance with space for eating indoors or outside on the patio. One secure parking bay will be available during your stay and there is plenty of on-street parking available if required.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole apartment which is in a secure block of eight. Access the patio, car parking space and laundry.

Interaction with guests

Access the apartment is via a keypad - I will provide details once you have booked. No need to meet me there so you can arrive at any time and let yourself in. I live just down the road and will be on call should you need anything during your stay. If not I will leave you in peace to do your own thing.

The neighbourhood

Maylands is a vibrant inner-city suburb, located just 5km east of Perth CBD. Positioned upon the Swan River and with all its lifestyle offerings, Maylands has become one of Perth's premier suburbs. Connected by the train line, a main artery road (Guildford Road) and a picturesque river-side bike path, you will never have to worry about a long commute again.

5 is the magic number! – everything you could want is within 5 minutes' walk or less! Whether you want to catch the train to the City, shop and dine on Eighth Avenue or enjoy the Maylands Waterfront, 5 minutes is all it will take.

Getting around

Just 5 stops to the CBD by train. Or a $14 Uber ride to/from the airport.

Hassle-free check-in to Chris's apartment. Chris is also very accommodating and graciously allowed for me and my girlfriend to check-out nearer to our flight. We didn't have to lug our luggage around thanks to him :) Well equipped apartment with everything you need from cooking stuff to toiletries. His apartment is conveniently located near Coles, McDonald's and KFC. Lots of cafes round the corner too. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Chris' place. He was super friendly and available to help out if needed. The place was clean and tidy and the location is great...close enough to the city if you need to venture there but there are heaps of cafés nearby as well as cute vintage shops.
