Our home is a 15 minute train ride from Shinjuku. The town of Nogata is lively and convenient, and we are a few blocks away in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will stay on the first floor, with use of the basement of our three-story house. You will have your own entrance, complete privacy and almost everything you will need to feel at home upon your arrival. Our home is best for families, remote workers or people who like to relax after a long day.

The space
The space is 103㎡ (1108 sq ft) total and quite spacious. One bedroom is on the first floor and the other bedroom is on the basement floor which has a screen and projector that you can also use as a theatre room. DVD, TV, Amazon Fire, Amazon Prime, Netflix are available. The room is equipped with WiFi and a printer, so you can use it as a work space as well.
The Japandi style living room is bright with big windows, from which you can look out onto a small garden.
In the kitchenette, there is a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and some seasonings, etc.
We have a bathroom in the basement and a toilet on each floor. There is also a washing machine and dryer available.
Upon request, we offer mobile WiFi.
We have two bicycles for you to enjoy the neighborhood.
