The spectacular Seven Mile Beach is only a 10 minute drive away as are the numerous local vineyards, including Silos Estate, Crooked River Wines. Enjoy a short country drive along farms and fields to the amazing Two Figs Winery.
Guest access
During your stay at Queenberry Cottage, you'll have full access to the entire property. The cottage is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay.

FOR OUR LITTLE GUESTS
Queenberry Cottage has a portable cot, high chair and change mat available on the property. Please bring your own cot linen.
WIFI & NETFLIX
We provide our guests with complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a large smart TV in the living room so you can stream your favourite shows (BYO login credentials to access Netflix etc).
Unfortunately as we are in a regional area, we cannot 100% guarantee that the WiFi will be available at all times. If important, please have a back up plan.
OUTDOOR SPA
We believe in giving our guests an amazing holiday experience and offer an outdoor spa to relax in during your stay. The spa is set at a comfortable 36 degrees and we kindly request that the temperature is not adjusted during your stay as it affects water quality and energy usage. We have a spa technician that services the spa fortnightly. Please ensure the lid is secured with the clips following use.
SECURITY CAMERA
Queenberry Cottage has a single, motion sensitive floodlight and camera attached to the front of the house to provide lighting at night, and for the security of the cottage, our guests and their belongings. The camera is always 'on'. The camera views the driveway, grassed area and front gates only. It is only referred to if disruptive or inappropriate behaviour is reported. If the camera is moved, repositioned, tampered with or turned off, your stay will be forfeited and reported to Airbnb. As an off-site host, the camera forms a necessary part of our property's security. We appreciate your understanding.
WIFI/MODEM
Please do not turn off, disconnect or tamper with the modem or WIFI. We are off-site hosts who do not reside in the immediate area. Guests who turn off this device will be charged a $150 admin / travel reset fee.
This fee will apply if the modem is found to be deliberately turned off at anytime during your stay or after checkout. We will contact you if the modem or WIFI goes down during your stay and is not related to a reported outage in the area.
If you have concerns about the WIFI or need to reset the device for any reason, please message us first.
If you have concerns about electro-magnetic fields (EMF), please choose a property without WIFI. We thank you for your understanding.
DURING YOUR STAY
Should you require assistance or emergency help during your stay, we will provide you with a contact number for the co-host and / or host. For after hours assistance between 5pm and 8am, please kindly text and either the host or co-host will respond as soon as possible.
Our cottage can sleep up to 8 people - this includes all adults, children and infants on the reservation. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we accept a maximum of 6 adults. Should you have a larger group to accommodate, we have a close relationship with another property in Berry village (about 2 blocks away from Queenberry Cottage) and would be happy to discuss the option of renting both houses, subject to availability.
School Holidays, Long Weekends, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods, minimum day bookings may apply.
