Very friendly host, good communication, apartment exactly as advertised, quiet neighbourhood. Close to bus stops and about a twenty minute walk to the nearest station.

Tom was a great host. The apartment is well priced and carnegie is a good area. I recommend going to Left Field cafe - it's taste.

The unit is absolutely splendid, with full facilities including in-area parking, nothing to worry about. Tom is very responsive and patient in serving us. I hope to stay there again next time.

Tom was very helpful and prompt at responding, the flat was bright, spacious and very comfortable for 1 person. Heating was effective for a wintry Melbourne stay, laundry and kitchen useful for washing and cooking. Would happily stay here again.
