Amazing view, newly renovated apartment on one of the most desired beaches of this area in Los Corales . Very well equipped , stylish decor this community has 24 Hour security with reception ,minutes walk to bars, shops this unique place has a vibe all of its own. Stunning , immediate beach access with sunbeds and shade at large and beach area . Enjoy a drink at the Beach bar with great food too. You will soon realize why people come here year after year !

The space
Playa Turquesa is a 24 hour gated community with private beach access.
The community of has:
24-hour security at main gate and beach access.
Reception area to check in with your passport, I will ask for copies of these to register you previously. This is a must and failure to do so will result in no entry to the property.
Short-term clients cannot have visitors into the complex.
Two large pools & two small kids pools
Private beach access with complimentary sunbeds / palapa style shades at both pools and beach.
PRO BAR restaurant and bar with cash or credit card options.
Pool Bar opens in high season.
You can take your own food / drink (no glass) to the beach not to the pool.
Elevators in every block .

I am in the complex frequently and always just message away. I also have a great team for maintenance and cleaning, and my associate Caren will always be willing to visit or assist if you need anything.

Other things to note
Electric is an extra charge for the personal consumption used during your stay. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 22 RDS PER kw (May 2025 ) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here .
All clients must register with me by sending Passport / Drivers license so I can register you previously at the reception area. THIS IS A MUST BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN.
THIS IS A QUIET PEACEFUL COMPLEX, NO PARTIES, DRUGS OR ILEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED. NO OTHER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN TO VISIT DURING YOUR STAY.

Two of the older areas left in Bavaro with a sense of originality and wonderful community spirit. A quaint area with private villas and apartments very popular as there is such a great proximity to the beach. No car is needed in this quiet location where a vast array of restaurants, bars, shops are located. With the repeat clients that we have every year, the local area staff are friendly and always happy to see you back and make new friends with first time guests. During the day you have a choice of restaurants and bakeries to enjoy and the evening sees a lively mix of bars and restaurants with terraces where you can dine Al Fresco. Menus include every nationality you can think of and fit every budget (approximately 20 within a 10-minute radius).
The beach is second to none and you can walk for miles and along the way there is always a great selection of bars / cafes and market stalls to browse at.
The bars on the beach allow you to use the sunbeds etc as long as you are consuming at the bar.
