Located in Northern OTR in the Brewery District, this Italianate Style Building is located a block from Findlay Market, the street car, Rhinegeist and Northern Row Breweries and some of the best restaurants in town. This building has been brought to life by adding all the modern amenities anyone could need.

Parking Info

This property includes space for two cars on the concrete pad directly in front of the house. To fit both vehicles, please park tightly side-by-side. It’s perfectly fine if they stick out a little onto the curb area.

If needed, you can also fit one additional car diagonally next to the grassy area and bushes.

For groups bringing more than 3 vehicles, there is street parking available nearby along Elm Street and McMicken Avenue. Availability is generally better during the week and can be a bit busier on weekends.
