Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the historic Ardmore district, located just minutes away from both Forsyth and Baptist hospitals, downtown, and Wake Forest University. Our home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable base while exploring all that Winston-Salem has to offer.

The space
All three bedrooms are located upstairs, offering privacy and quiet for a good night's sleep. The master bedroom has a comfortable KING-size bed, while the two guest bedrooms each have a QUEEN-size bed. With two full bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning. For your convenience, there is a Whole Foods and Starbucks just a 4-minute drive away.

When you're not out exploring, take a short stroll to Ardmore coffee shop, where you can sip a delicious latte or cappuccino. If you're in the mood for something sweet, check out the nearby ice cream shop. For a classic pub experience, Carlisle's is just around the corner. And if you're in the mood for a tasty burger or hot dog, PB's is a must-visit destination.

Our home is cozy and inviting, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Disclosure: The apartment is located at the FRONT part of a Duplex house. There is another AIRBNB at the rear of the property. Your entrance and exit is totally private. The only common space between the 2 units is a shared wall near the downstairs bathroom

This is a very pet friendly neighborhood so basically every home owner has a dog so you might hear some barking during your stay.

Also please make sure you take all of your belongings, we are not responsible for anything left behind. We have cleaners coming in after checkout and usually another guest afterwards, so we cannot take responsibility for anything left behind. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
