You can't get a better location than this ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment 50 metres to Happy Valley. An easy walk to beaches, restaurants , playgrounds and shops. Just 500 metres to Kings Beach ,Bulcock Beach and all they have to offer. Relax on your large private balcony with beautiful breezes and ocean glimpses.
This property is fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry as well as an onsite pool .There is 1 car-space provided with lift access to the apartment .

The space
This family friendly apartment has access via lift with no stairs, however there are also several steps from the entrance to the street. You can see the ocean from the balcony and you will certainly hear it at night which is magical.
The living area has air-conditioning & the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is generally a lovely breeze throughout the property as it's quite elevated.
The car space is best suited to a small car however there is one visitor carpark available instead - there is strictly a limit of 1 car on the property .

Guest access
Guests have access to the apartment via lift from the basement or direct access from the street. There is strictly one car park available to guests .
There is direct access from the apartment to the pool in the complex .

Other things to note
NOISE
Being a quiet residential area , we kindly request no loud music , no parties . Noise curfew is strictly 9pm.

This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property-vaping and smoking are NOT permitted on the balcony. or anywhere in the building.

EV CHARGING ; Vehicles are not to be charged in garages or common areas. There is a Charging Station "EVIE " nearby at Caloundra Shopping Centre on Bowman Road

We provide complimentary starter supplies including tea, coffee, milk etc as well as toilet paper and a few other essentials.
These supplies are not intended to last the duration of your stay, merely to welcome you and save the need to immediately go to the supermarket.

CHECKOUT
We kindly request that you don't strip the beds or put linen in the machine.
Please just put any furniture back you may have moved , put the dishwasher on and place rubbish in the bin outside. The cleaners will do the rest :)

All linen in provided, BYO beach/pool towels.

Neighbourhood highlights

This apartment is located 50 metres from Happy Valley which is a very popular area due to it's lovely grassy park areas right on the beach. There are plenty of BBQ's and a fantastic playground for kids. A scenic boardwalk connects Happy Valley to Kings Beach as well as a lovely walk in the other direction to Bulcock Beach. There is a bit of a hill coming up to the apartment but the walking areas between beaches is flat and very kid/pram/bike friendly .
Parking is however very tight in this area and only 1 car is permitted in the complex . There is free street parking should you have a second car.
