Little Lodge is a bespoke cottage, French farmhouse inspired, with quirky vintage decor and cosy furnishings. Enjoy a well equipped kitchen with fridge and oven, reverse cycle air con to the living room and queen bedroom. Modern bathroom with shower over the bath. Study/work area. Covered deck overlooks a fully fenced backyard. Parking on street or in the driveway. Meals close by at Patina & Bean, Eat@153, Karl & Wally’s Pizza, Merriwa Bakery, RSL and Hotel. 24/7 laundromat & ATM are steps away.

The space
Little Lodge at 84 Bettington Street Merriwa, is a recently refurbished “pet friendly” space that our guests love. A transformation from what was once a shopfront in the heart of town, and now a bespoke French Farmhouse inspired accommodation that offers comfort, functionality and convenience, within walking distance to all of the towns amenities. Features include a modern full sized kitchen with cooking facilities, coffee nook with pod machine, fridge, microwave and breakfast bar. The living room at the front entrance features r/c air-con and smart tv, this room is set close to the street so traffic noise may be heard. The separate office area is complete with desk and chair, abundance of complimentary books and “free wifi”. Modern bathroom with shower over the bath & separate powder room. One queen bedroom with r/c air-con set to the rear of the home, with a comfortable bed our guests rave about. Undercover deck at rear with lounge chair, overlooking the fenced backyard. Free parking on the street right out front, or in the driveway. Double gates provide access to drive into the yard if preferred. Positioned in the heart of Merriwa’s CBD, on the Golden Highway, walking distance to cafes, bakery, hotel, post office, hardware store, chemist, IGA and museum. There’s plenty to see and do, whether stopping or passing by through.

Guest access
Guests will “self check-in” with access via lockbox and have exclusive access to the entire space. There are two entrance points, guests may enter via the front door on one level, and/or from the rear where there are three steps up to the deck. The key is in a lockbox attached to the property, the code will be made available from Airbnb before you arrive.

With free parking on site, you can easily explore all that Merriwa has to offer, including the nearby laundromat, IGA supermarket, bakery, and chemist.
