Whether you are planning a romantic getaway, a guys/girls weekend, or even looking for a place to relax, Belmar is the place to be. Less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, centrally located, and walking distance to most local favorites.

The space
Welcome to Belmar! We are so happy to have you as our guest. Please read before booking.

We are located just less than 10 minutes to the beach and centrally located in town which is walking distance to some of the Jersey Shore’s hottest nightlife and local restaurants (5 min to Bar A, 10 min to Djais). If you want a change of scenery, we are just 10 minutes away from Asbury Park and 20 minutes from Jenkinson's Boardwalk in Point Pleasant.

Our little paradise is a newly renovated beach house that consists of two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The house is also inclusive of an office (for the WFHers), an outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, Firepit, Adirondack Chairs for the perfect pre or post beach day entertaining.

Sleeping arrangements include:
Master bedroom (King Size Bed)
Other bedroom (Bunk Bed/1 Twin)
Pull out futon in living room and single bed in the office.

To make sure your stay is as comfortable and easy as possible, we will have (almost) everything covered. We include shower toiletries, (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), bath and beach towels, beach wagons, linens, and a full kitchen (microwave, stove with cookware, toaster oven, COFFEE :) etc.).

We provide four beach badges. If lost, you will be responsible for replacing them at cost which is $70 each.
*Beach badges required from 9am-6pm weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends. Children 13 years of age and under are free.*

We have doorbell security cameras for safety reasons. Please respect our neighbors. Zero tolerance for loud parties, extra guests on property, smoking on site, and disrespectful behavior to our home. No unsupervised children. All guests must be 25 or older unless parents/legal guardian is present during the length of the stay.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entirety of the home, yard, and property. The only area not accessible to guests is the unfinished basement, which is utilized by the landlord for storage. When you are here this is your home, and yours alone!

Guest access to the house is by smart lock through the front door. Every guest will be provided a unique access code which is only valid during their stay. This is one of the many ways we ensure our guests feel safe and secure in their new home!

Other things to note
NO smoking on property. Must walk to street to smoke and clean up after yourself.

Anyone under the age of 25 must have a parent/legal guardian present during the length of the stay.
