With award winning grounds, you will spend your days feeling like you are in a Tuscan Villa. Over a century of memories have been created within her walls and you will appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the property.
Days spent by the pool and lazing around the abundant grounds, retreating to one of the many local eateries to discover your new favourite dish.

Sometimes the vibe is tranquil and you feel like you are living in your own European secret garden where the outside world can’t find you and other times it's a hive of high street rumblings to the beat of weekend farmers markets buzzing with community chatter. Night time back ground music of local muso's hoping to catch their big break at the iconic Bangalow pub filters over from across the road.
We are proudly an inclusive stay and all guests of any background or community are welcome here into a safe space. Although our stairs and tight access hinder our ability to host those with limited mobility, our heritage listing inhibits us changing this. We will do our very best to accommodate you.
Feel free to respectfully use the grounds to relax, have fun and create memories you will cherish for a life time.
A hidden gem on The Village Bank House grounds, the studio offers a tranquil escape from main house life. Situated at the back of the property over looking the pool, the studio is the perfect place to rest and enjoy a movie in bed whilst the breeze lets subtle scents of climbing jasmine blow through the windows.
Wifi and smart TV is available. Please use your personal log ins to access your favourite streaming services. Don't forget to log out when checking out :)

Other things to note
It is essential for our guests to have travel insurance. Very occasionally, during the wet season, floods occur closing roads temporarily from major airports, disrupting travel plans. As this is a travel issue rather than an issue with our listing, we don't issue refunds or extend stays due to usually being fully booked and recommend you contact your insurer to assist with the cost of disrupted travel arrangements.
We stock a basic pantry which includes: ground coffee beans, black and herbal tea, salt, pepper. We encourage you to experience the local farmers markets on a Saturday morning from 7-11am directly across the street in the Bangalow Hotel car park. Alternatively the corner store, bakery, florist and butcher are all located outside the front door.
Pets are welcome with prior approval, please remember pool safety and never leave animals unsupervised in the pool grounds.
Appropriate drinkware is located under the sink if you wish to enjoy your spritzer by the pool.
The whole estate is available for bookings and is the deal location for family holidays, wedding guest accommodation, festival accommodation, weekend escapes, honeymooners, extended families, friends or groups of up to 8 guests.
