Welcome to your ultimate destination for supersized group accommodation, 15 minutes from Bath. With a capacity to sleep 18 guests across 8 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, and room for an additional 6 guests at an extra charge each, this is the perfect retreat for large gatherings, family reunions, and celebrations of all kinds. Or, perhaps even better - a smaller family get together, where you get to enjoy luxury facilities, all to yourself.
The space
Step into your own private Georgian paradise, complete with a year-round outdoor heated pool, inviting you to take a dip all day, all night or simply lounge by the water's edge with a book and watch the kids paddle. Nights are best spent unwinding in the indulgent hot tub and sauna, allowing your cares to melt away as you soak in pure relaxation. You won’t have seen clear sky’s like this before.
If it’s fun you’re after, entertainment knows no bounds. Discover not one, but two games rooms, providing endless excitement for guests of all ages. Warning- things can get very competitive. Engage in friendly competition with a game of pool or challenge your reflexes with a round of table tennis. For the gaming enthusiasts, a dedicated zone awaits, featuring state-of-the-art gaming consoles and arcade games (anyone else still love Tetris?!) and a cosy movie room, ensuring hours of fun and entertainment for everyone.
This beautiful home has been newly restored and brought back to it’s grandeur, albeit with an edge of modern living now. The imposing home now has a large 10m glass dining box at the end, so you can enjoy lazy dinners, overlooking the traditional walled garden. The interiors are bright, refreshing and a little unusual - take the cinema room which the owners affectionately call The Weird Room because of all of the prints and artwork. It’s the perfect space for cocktails, canapes or just a big bag of crisps. The house sits alongside other luxury holiday homes on The Estate. You’ll likely see other families wondering the 20 acres, patting the alpacas, and scratching the goats.
