The space
The Hills Cabins is excited to present to you, The Vineyard by Glamcations! This custom designed luxury home is breaking all boundaries in the Hochatown and Broken Bow area. The Vineyard was designed for families in mind: 5 oversized master bedrooms (4 down and 1 upstairs next to the bunkroom), 2 game rooms (1 down stairs and one upstairs), movie room, pool, and enormous living areas all in a one story overlooking the beautiful 8 acre property.

Kitchen/pantry/laundry area: Custom brass range is the centerpiece of this chef inspired kitchen. All of the commercial appliances you will need to cook a gourmet meal and plenty of food storage in the sub zero fridge! This beautiful space overlooks the eating and gathering area for a perfect open concept feel. Behind the kitchen is your dream pantry and laundry room- completed with two sets of HE stackable front loading laundry and dryer machines- no stress here when laundry needs to be done, we have you covered! Plenty of space and storage to store all of your dry goods and food during your stay.
Indoor living area: plenty of seating for you to gather with all of your family and friends to make memories under a uniquely designed fireplace. This space opens fully to the outdoors with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to truly enjoy both the indoors and outdoors of the space. The first floor also offers multiple areas for all to gather including a cinema designed media room with popcorn machine, and an adult game room that has it's own big screen TV, pool table and full wet bar!
Outdoor living area: get ready to spend most of your day in this beautiful space, get ready to relax and and enjoy the beautiful scenery by lounging in the plush seating areas or relaxing in the pool. The outdoor grill is for all the grilling extraordinaries- your personal space to grill with plenty of room and then some! Dining table with seating for 10, extra long gas fire table and TV for all of your entertainment needs.
Enjoy the large wood burning firepit at the back of the property! Bring your fishing pole and cast out into the stocked pond while sitting on the dock enjoying the extraordinary views! Or you can grab one of the yoga mats inside and take it out to the dock to just relax, breathe and take in the beautiful scenery around you if that's more your style! This property has it all!

Bedrooms/bathrooms: 4 king en-suites downstairs, 1 king master bedroom upstairs with daybed next to bunk room with 3 queen beds/3 queen custom made trundle beds. The upstairs has a fooseball table, arcade gaming system and plenty of open space for the the kids to hang out. The bunk room also has it's own private balcony to experience the most dreamy sunsets!
Downstairs you have the media room that comes equipped with a popcorn machine, board games and the most luxurious oversized seating. You will also find the game room with a pool table, ping pong table, wet bar with ice machine, shuffle board, basketball hoop, arcade game and more!
The home has 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

**Fireplaces will be unavailable for use from June through October 1st.** If you are needing a smart car charging station, do not worry- we have you covered here at The Vineyard. Comes with your own personal charging station complimentary of your stay here- you must bring your own charging cable for your EV.
Pool Use & Heating: A non-refundable pool fee is included in the cleaning fee and covers weekly service and chemicals. Optional pool heating is available January 1 – March 31 only for an additional $200, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically maintains a temperature between 75–85°F, though a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of arrival. Pool heating is not available from June through September 1 due to weather conditions. **Please note that in the summer months (May 31st- Labor Day) the divider will be out of the spa portion of the pool and it will function fully as a swimming pool, with no spa capabilities. - If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you. However, we do not provide any refunds because of this. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before your arrival.
Winter & Inclement Weather Policy: Historically, winter weather occurs from December through February and can include snow, ice, freezing rain, and hazardous road conditions. Inclement weather—including any extreme or incremental weather events, natural disasters, or “Acts of God”—is beyond the Host’s control. The Host is not responsible for weather-related travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, accessibility limitations, or safety conditions.
Vehicle Requirements: During winter or severe weather, four-wheel drive (4WD/AWD) vehicles and/or tire chains may be required to safely access the property. Road conditions can change rapidly. Guests are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly equipped and for determining whether travel is safe. Failure to arrive due to inadequate preparation does not qualify for a refund or reservation modification.
Snow, Ice, and Property Access: The Host, property staff, and local service providers do not provide snow removal, ice mitigation, or refreezing management during or immediately following severe weather events. Walkways, driveways, and access points may be snow-covered, icy, or otherwise hazardous. Guests who choose to travel or remain on the property during these conditions do so entirely at their own risk.
Emergency Preparedness: Guests are expected to arrive prepared for winter and emergency conditions, including appropriate clothing, food, water, medications, and any personal supplies needed in the event of travel delays or temporary service interruptions. Emergency services response times may be delayed during severe weather.
Power Outages & Limited Services: Power outages, internet disruptions, and limited access to local services—including emergency, medical, delivery, and retail services—may occur during storms or extreme weather. These interruptions are not grounds for refunds, credits, or reservation changes.
Refunds & Reservation Changes: No refunds, credits, or guaranteed reservation changes will be issued due to weather conditions, road closures, travel advisories, power outages, access limitations, or incremental weather events, except where required by the platform’s Extenuating Circumstances policy or applicable law. Any approved changes are at the Host’s sole discretion and subject to availability.
Acts of God & Natural Events: This policy also covers any Acts of God or natural events beyond reasonable control, including, but not limited to, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or other extreme occurrences. Guests accept that travel and occupancy during such events are undertaken at their own risk.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions, making informed travel decisions, and ensuring their own safety. Inability to access or occupy the property due to weather or natural events does not constitute a refundable cancellation.
