Gay friendly this is a great space for singles or couples who like to do their own thing. During the warmer months there is a spa that is able to be used and barbeques often take place and guests are always invited if they choose to mingle with family and friends.Mini bar will have red and white wine, beer, softdrinks and water at competetive prices for guests who want to chill out and relax in their own private space.

The whole granny flat is available for guests to enjoy. You have your own indoor and outdoor areas to move around in. Breakfast foods are supplied for all guests as part of the booking so you can help yourself to toast, cereal, bacon and eggs, juice, tea and coffee.

I am always available if you have any questions or need any help whilst you stay over. I can also provide a meal at low cost if guests are getting in late or are just too tired to be bothered when they arrive. Meals can be heated up in the microwave or left in the fridge for the warmer months. The type of food is lasagne, green chicken curry, chicken, prawn or beef salad, soup, chicken biryani, yellow fish curry, cold meat and salad, sandwiches, wraps or anything you request within reason!

This is a fairly quiet neighbourhood with a mix of families, singles, couples, young, old etc. There is a lane at the back of the flat so neighbour noise is not an issue as houses are a street width away at the back. There's a park across the road and a large shopping centre 2.2 kms away

As mentioned the train is very close and bus is only a walk away as well. If you have a car there is on verge parking. The river is only around 1.5kms away and if required there are kayaks available for a very cheap hire fee.

The train is 400m away and goes into Perth, Mandurah and soon through to Bunbury. It also goes into Midland and beyond. East Perth is on the line and from there you can catch trains to other parts of the state. Very convenient. The bus is also very close and there are also lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance
Convenience stores close (1km away) and major Galleria Shopping Centre only 2.2km away

Pauline is a wonderful host nothing is to much trouble. It was just like being at home. I loved the location had a nice walk to catch the bus not to far. Breakfast is great and the little extras were a real surprise. Look forward to staying again in the future.

If you are looking for a comfortable place that provides you with lots of little extras stay at paulines. It is very appropriate if you are looking for a longer stay as all you need is provided by Pauline. If you want a IKEA modern type place this is not for you. We enjoyed staying there and hope to stay there again on our next trip to Perth.

The flat contained everything I needed for a week's stay in Perth. A nice quiet location, close to the train line into the city centre. The communication from the host was great and she very kindly allowed me to check in straight after arriving on an early morning flight. Thanks Pauline.
