Hi Vladimir, I find it amazing how can someone on this days can't recognise the difference between cameras and light trigging sensors and to not be able to turn on a TV and put it on the right channel to watch cable TV. Also you were the only one out of 6 guests that have that problem. So let me replay to the issues you had in my apartment:
1: Security Camera, because you couldn't download the app I asked you to disconnect the camera and like I said the light trigging sensor in the bathroom is just a HIVE light sensor, I wouldn't want to record you or your wife in the bathroom for sure.
2: the TV in the bedroom was put in the living room because of a problem we had just before I went away but Sky TV and AppleTV were connected on it shame you didn't have the knowledge to turn it on and denied help when I said I was going to send my friend Stephen to help you out.
3: the sofa had a cover but unfortunately the cleaner didn't put it on which I asked her to do it as soon as I realised that and I offered you to send my cleaner to the flat to fix it and you denied.
4: Communication: I replied to all your messages even a month before your arrival, it felt like you didn't believe the flat was real or something like that and when I was away i replied to all your messages and called to make sure you were ok and (5:) On your arrival my cleaner was waiting for you in the flat so I don't know why you're saying the apartment was closed. Maybe because when you finally arrived at the flat she was looking for you downstairs. I know her English is not the best but nobody is expected to speak Russian in England and he have a House Manual with all the information you needed, she even put the internet password on your phone so you could connect to the network. About the heating, the apartment heating system is set to 21C which from away I checked the temperature on your arrival was low but using the HIVE I boosted the boiler to heat up to make sure it would heat quickly which it did on the same day to 21C and left it as high as I could to make sure you would feel comfortable.
