Spend your time lounging on the beach banks, kayaking the waters, swimming in the pool or enjoying the waterfront view from your living room and outdoor living. With three bedrooms, a full living area, and kitchen, you'll feel right at home. The sandy beach banks provide the perfect space to spend the day in the water, kayaking or SUP.

The apartment is well appointed with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living and dining, kitchen and a balcony with views of the Maroochy River. Guests have access to a swimming pool that is shared by the other apartments in the building.

The living room has a large couch, smart TV and shares the views from the balcony over looking the water. Open the large glass doors and this space receives a beautiful coastal sea breeze. Perfect for space for your morning coffee.
