This lovely 3 bed, 2 bath beach townhouse is the perfect holiday stay with family, a group of friends or a romantic getaway. Spend your time relaxing, swimming, or take yourself for a short stroll along the beach and up to the local cafe.

The space
The Haven on Blue Bay is a reflection of the surrounding coastal area, and will provide the perfect place for a relaxed getaway. This is oceanside living at its best with Blue Bay and Doddi's Beach only moments away.

3 spacious bedrooms are located on the ground floor of this apartment style townhouse. The main bedroom features a lovely bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles as well as a private terrace, the perfect retreat space for a sun soaked afternoon and a good book. This area can also be used by all guests for an evening bbq and chill out space.

The remaining bedrooms are beautifully appointed, each sharing the spacious main bathroom and feature sliding doors opening to a large private balcony with views. Bed 2 contains a queen bed, whilst bed 3 is set with a double bed as well as a single pull out sofa., perfect for children or a couple.

Follow the beautiful travertine staircase upstairs to the well appointed kitchen and living areas. This inviting space features a large balcony with stunning views, the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful Indian Ocean sunset over a nice glass of wine or time with family and friends.

Spend your days on the beach (1 min walk) swimming. Tod’s cafe and Doddi’s beach and playground are only a short walk away. Or enjoy the Mandurah foreshore and shopping precinct.

Relax in the evenings watching Netflix or a board game. For those wanting to go out, park at Mary Street and walk over the bridge to enjoy dinner or a cocktail at the local gin bar in town.

Make use of the local marina and estuary with the boat ramp on Mary street - the property has secure single driveway access for boat storage. A double garage can be accessed at the rear.

This property is a beachside property in a very sheltered area. It is a quick walk down to the Tod's Cafe and a five minute drive to the city centre.

If you are looking for something for the kids Blue Bay Beach across the road is great for a swim, snorkel or surf. On the Mandurah foreshore there is a skate park, water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water a lot of fun for the kids. For the younger kids Doddi's beach is a nice, safe, sheltered beach just a short stroll away with a children's playground and BBQ's. Bringing a boat, the Mary Street ramp is around the corner with easy access to the Ocean and the Estuary.

Watersports such as kyaking, canoe and surf ski hire are on the Western foreshore (across the estuary from the town centre).
