The living area is flooded with natural light from the south-facing Juliette balcony; a staircase leads to a mezzanine level which acts a further entertaining space and third bedroom (with a large electric inflatable double mattress).
The house is located on a quiet street close to Finsbury Park station, offering superb transport links to the centre (11 mins), the West End (13 minutes) and the Olympic Park (22 mins). The area has a real neighbourhood feel, with a line of restaurants, pubs, cafés and local shops at the end of the road, not to mention the attentive local butcher and greengrocer. In addition to the patio garden, there are two enormous parks and a nature reserve nearby.
