Conveniently located 5 miles from the heart of downtown. Calming view of the Nashville Skyline at night from the driveway. 3 bedrooms and bonus room with living room suite. 2 1/2 bath with full bath in Master w/ Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. You have the entire house to yourself.

Current New construction may be subject to noise and temporary power outages in the day time hours including possible detours to get to the home.

The space
Spacious 3 bedroom home with a bonus room for extra sleeping space. There is a full kitchen, 1 king size bed in master bedroom, 1 full size bed in bedroom, and a XL twin bed in bedroom 3, and king size bed plus couch in bonus room. 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

This is a loved, "lived" in home daily with two teenagers. If you are wanting a comfortable stay, good sleep, minutes from downtown, and cost effective place to stay book with us. GOOD VIBES ONLY!!!!

YOU WILL HAVE THE HOUSE TO YOURSELF. Garage, dressers and closets are off limits to guest as these are our personal items.
Badly stained linen that does not come out in the wash, there will be a $25 charge per set to replace.
