This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

Sunset House is located on the waterfront and is built in the iconic style of Kingfisher Bay Resort. With its 4 bedrooms and a spacious deck and a spa it has a lovely sitting out area overlooking the water. It has a fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. There is a BBQ on the main deck.

Located at Kingfisher Bay the house is minutes walk from the beach and nearby resort facilities. You will have full access to the Resort's facilities, including pools, restaurants, bars and tennis courts.

The space
Sunset House offers 3 bedrooms with queen beds and another with a double bed and single bunk above. So, 9 in separate rooms.

As well there is a fold out sofa bed near to the kitchen.

In total the house can accommodate 11.

Sunset House is close to the beach and the Kingfisher Bay Resort. It is a large house with a large deck for entertaining and relaxing.

During winter you can crank up the slow combustion heater...the only one on the island! Not that you will need it for many days. Fraser Island has the perfect climate.

There is so much to do at the Resort and on Fraser Island itself. At the resort you can enjoy the 3 swimming pools, bars and restaurants. There are many activities for guests, such as tennis and archery. Or just go for a walk up the hills behind the resort or along the beach. For those with a 4WD, Kingfisher is the gateway to some amazing adventures on the island. You can hire a 4WD on the island, or do a day trip through the resort. Don't miss Lake Mackenzie for a swim.
