The space
Self contained studio, waterfront and surrounded by trees, wildlife and birds. Only minutes from Huskisson beautiful beaches, shops and cafes.

Our place is located in a perfect place for you to enjoy fishing, surfing, bush walking, bike riding or just relaxing at the beach staying in a friendly home, in a studio with complete privacy and own deck overlooking the river.

The Studio is our granny flat. It is semi attached to our main house and share its backyard with us but has its own entrance and deck. It is a simple but very cosy and clean place.

The room has its own bathroom and coffee and tea facilities. Linen and Towels are provided.

Enjoy the buzz of Huskisson shops and cafes and have at the same time a bush experience staying in a quiet and pristine neibourhood surrounded by wildlife and overlooking the river.

The room is manly really catered for 2 people. It has one queen bed only. We do accept three guests manly for families with a child or 3 friends on a budget. The third person sleeps on a single mattress, on a trundle bed (close to a mattress on the floor but a bit better). It is not super comfortable but very affordable.

Our place is surrounded by nature: typical Australian bush with amazing wildlife but also some not so amazing. They are all part of our environment and they all play a part on natures life cycle.

The Shoalhaven region is blessed with one of the most scenically beautiful landscape on the east coast. It stretches from the northern lush rainforests of Kangaroo Valley and quaint country town of Berry, along many miles of exquisite beaches, to Durras in the South.

Bordered by the mountains, coastal plains and 109 magnificent beaches, the Shoalhaven is an easy drive from Sydney or Canberra. And from many of the coastal villages, well-mapped scenic drives take in open expanses of pastureland, reserve forests and stunning beaches – plus you’re never too far from a great café or picturesque picnic spot.

With powder-fine white sand and clear turquoise waters, Jervis Bay’s famous beaches are amongst the safest and most beautiful in the world.

Unique combination of coastal, marine and hinterland National Parks offering fantastic bushwalking, cycling tracks, Indigenous culture, cliff-top lookouts and maritime heritage.

Teeming with native Australian wildlife on land and sea, resident dolphins play in the bay all year round. See kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats, parrots and many rare species in the wild.

One of the best places in Australia to witness whales on their annual migrations, humpbacks and southern right whales can be seen both offshore and inside the calmer waters of the bay.

The many beaches, lagoons, secret coves and hidden creeks are perfect for swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, standup paddle boarding and surfing.

Unspoiled coastal and country villages with local produce markets, boutique shops, art galleries and a terrific museum. The area boasts world-class cafes, restaurants, pubs and wine bars.

Jervis Bay is central to all the South Coast has to offer: Kangaroo Valley, Berry and Ulladulla all the same distance away and we are close to all the south coast wineries.
