Hart's Farm Studio is a luxurious & sophisticated self contained private B&B situated on a beautiful property with an olive grove & fruit orchards. Huge bath, queen bed with pure french linen sheets, fabulous daybed with views to the olive grove & neighbouring vineyards.
The Studio is for two adults only.
If you would like a little more space, check out Hart's Farm Retreat which has a huge living/dining area plus a kitchen, is attached to the Studio & is also listed on this platform.

The space
We are situated on the Mornington Peninsula, close to the Port Phillip Bay & Western Port beaches, wineries, art galleries, golf courses & fabulous restaurants.
Tea, coffee (Nespresso machine with St Ali pods), & milk supplied.
BBQ available for guest use on request.
The accommodation is not suitable for children.
