Firstly you were NOT informed there was a 7 night minimum stay over Peak Season AFTER you made the booking, I clearly informed you BEFORE you booked and airbnb will verify that. However I was able to negotiate a discount for you to book just 5 nights. If you weren't happy why did you book?
I am glad at least you admit it is a beautiful home with an ocean view, the view is amazing, worth USD 2 million in fact for which you paid just 600 dollars per night over New Year. The villa is on the east coast of Phuket so the beaches are not white sand and I told you this was not a beach for swimming but just a few hundred meters down the coast is the beautiful Laem Ka beach. The dishwasher had gone for repair but the maid offered to clean the dishes for you anyway and it is not true she only came once during your stay, you were out when she came. This is a very big villa and you set the air conditioning on very cold so obviously it would use electricity, this is a cost set by the electric company, not me. What I do not understand is you wait until now to complain but while you were there you were very happy according to the villa staff and never once said anything to me. I think your first sentence sums it perfectly "Perhaps we are being grumpy". It is a great shame you do not consider the damage you might cause when you are so dismissive of a fabulous villa for the wrong reasons. I have never been accused of lacking good communication as you can see from the fantastic reviews I receive and I only wish it was possible to show the massive amount of information I gave you before you arrived. Not once did you complain. Very disappointing you should wait until now.
