The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

The space
The spacious townhouse is well insulated with heaps of natural light. No expense was spared throughout construction with features such as Tas Oak flooring, timber screen and staircase, Bosch appliances, stone bench tops, concrete basins, full height doors and so much more. The highly elevated spotted gum deck gives you a 180 degree views of MONA and the River Derwent like no other. Everything this space has to offer brings a feeling of class and luxury living.
