As one of only four secluded chalets on our expansive estate near Cowaramup, Chalet 3 offers an intimate escape from the everyday, intentionally designed to celebrate the slow pace of the Margaret River Wine Region. Immerse yourself in nature as you watch our iconic Highland cattle graze just beyond your window, toast the evening with legendary sunsets, and enjoy unmatched valley views.

The space
Chalet 3 pairs striking contemporary architecture with warm, locally sourced finishes. High ceilings and massive double-glazed windows flood the open-plan interior with natural light, bringing the outdoors inside.

The Bedroom: Rest deeply in a magnificent King Size Marri timber bed, custom-crafted locally and dressed in premium luxury linens.

The Living Area: Relax on a plush leather lounge beside the roaring indoor wood-burning fireplace (complimentary firewood provided). A 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix is ready for cozy movie nights.

Premium Inclusions: Perfect your morning routine with an authentic Italian Gaggia Classic coffee machine and locally roasted beans. The chalet also features premium loose-leaf tea with a traditional ceramic teapot.

The Outdoor Deck: Step outside to your expansive deck, home to a deep, sculptural concrete outdoor bathtub. Soak away the afternoon while watching the shadows lengthen across the valley.

Fire pit Experience: Spend your nights under the stars at your private outdoor fire pit, the perfect setting for a bottle of local Margaret River Shiraz and watching the resident Highland Cows graze.

Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive access to Chalet 3, its expansive deck, and the surrounding private fire pit lawn. Feel free to explore the marked walking trail and feed the Highland Cows. To keep our livestock and wildlife safe, please leave all farm gates closed and do not enter working paddocks, stockyards, or machinery sheds.

Other things to note
8 Paddocks is a dedicated restorative retreat. To ensure ultimate peace and quiet for all guests, the property is strictly adults-only (including infants) and cannot accommodate pets.
Wood Fires are available for use between May - November, unless stated otherwise by regulations.
Fire wood is supplied.
This is a working cattle farm with vineyard.
