A short drive to key tourist destinations: Puffing Billy, wineries, tourist villages, cafes and craft shops.

The space

Guests have use of a very roomy "wing" of this rambling cottage. A dining room and living room in addition to two beautifully decorated bedrooms are yours to enjoy.

The dining room: Beautiful high ceilinged room with a large open fireplace, dining table and upright piano.

Living room: Sunny and light-filled comfortable room with books, board-games, sofa and coffee table. Comfortable daybed allows for a 5th guest. T.V., bar fridge stocked with essentials, microwave, coffee machine and tea making facilities. Free Wi Fi available.

Out in the garden, guests can make use of a Provincial style garden table with plenty of seating; a secret, vine-draped arbour to sit in and read a book or enjoy a quiet cup of tea; and a barbecue.
Whether it's unwinding from a day of sight-seeing and walks through the forest or just relaxing over a cup of tea, the rooms will welcome you and you'll feel like you're in your own country cottage.

A classic Australian gem. Rob was so lovely, kind and accomodating. We absolutely love their classic, old historic home and the burning wood fire one of our favourite. A short drive to puffing billing and many little cafes and eateries within your reach. Thank you for having us. Lisa edmond and Logan

katelyn and I had a great getaway at Rob and Libby's place. We were after a relaxing wkend away from from the city and we got it. Their suggestions for places to eat and bush walks were spot on. Also the snacks they had on offer was the icing on the cake. Thanks a bunch :) Mitch & Katelyn

My second stay at this bnb did not disappoint. Stunningly beautiful location for early morning walks, warm comfy bed, crackling wood fire and generous hosts.

Rob and Libby provided a beautiful part of their home for us to stay in. There was a lot of attention to detail which did not go unnoticed (e.g. fresh flowers, chocolate treats, snacks and fruit beyond what we would have expected). The period furniture and furnishings also added to the beautiful atmosphere. Rob and Libby were very respectful of our privacy and only too happy to help. We were able to enjoy a lovely weekend in the Dandenongs, thank you very much.

I stayed with my partner and child , rob was a great host. Although this is a shared house and not so much a private cottage we still felt like we got our own space and robs cottage is really scenic and beautiful and it was great having rob set up the fire for us. I would stay here again if rob was to place locks on the door between the guests residence and he's own so I can relax with my partner without knowing someone can walk in any time .

We are a married couple who enjoy our close community, the natural beauty and walks that surround us, as well as books and music. We are both involved in the creative arts. We have travelled quite widely. We genuinely enjoy having visitors and take pleasure in not only making people feel at home, but also helping people to make the most of their time in our spectacular Dandenong Ranges.
