The space
The property offers a spacious master bedroom with en-suite and ample wardrobe space and overlooks the stunning beachfront position.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, the third offers a double with an additional single mattress available for extra children if required.

More than enough room for a peaceful family holiday. There is a further bathroom to service both of these bedrooms.

Outdoors, you can again take advantage of this outstanding location, enjoy uninterrupted sunset views, bbq's and gardens.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area means that you can socialise with your family and guests while cooking or playing board games late into the evening.

Please enjoy the complimentary beach towels and some beach gear that is available for your use.

Dolphin Key is just a gentle stroll along the beach from the property - an array of restaurants and boutique style shops welcome you there.

Guest access
There is parking for one moderate size car at the property, given the proximity to this highly sought after location, additional street parking and parking at the off street public parking area is also available only a minutes walk from the property. Access is via self check-in, you will receive the lock box code and any other details required for check in, at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. A property manager is available for queries during your stay and an after hours emergency number is also provided.

Other things to note
Please note that while this is a large and spacious property, it is part of a strata and as such, we do not permit large groups, events and pets. Please ensure that only those booked to stay at the property, stay at the property. As with all residential lets, it is important that you observe the social behaviour expectations of the city council and strata, respecting the noise levels from 9pm weekdays and 10pm on weekends. We retain the right to evict any guest who breach these terms and conditions of booking.
