The space
Recently renovated with a fresh coastal aesthetic, this bright and welcoming townhouse has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed holiday living. Plantation shutters, timber flooring, and an open-plan layout create a light-filled space, while contemporary finishes provide all the comforts of home.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay and features a generous island bench and dining area, making it easy to gather together after a day exploring Noosa. Sliding doors open onto the private outdoor patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow for morning coffee or relaxed afternoon drinks.

The townhouse comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a second TV, and peaceful leafy views across the park opposite.

Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional guests.

Bathroom: The spacious bathroom includes a shower, vanity, toilet, and integrated laundry facilities with both a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

Guests can enjoy access to the resort's fantastic shared facilities, including three swimming pools, a tennis court, BBQ areas, and beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Whether you're cooling off after a beach day or enjoying a family barbecue, there's plenty of space to relax throughout your stay.

Additional features include air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, and one allocated parking space.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including one allocated parking space. The three swimming pools, tennis court, and BBQ facilities are shared with other guests within the resort.

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept Schoolies bookings or similar groups.

*Guests are required to comply with local council regulations and the property house rules during their stay.

*Please note the townhouse is located on Noosa Parade, so some daytime traffic noise may be experienced. Evenings are generally quiet.
