Sit back and relax in this quiet, newly-built (2021) and elegant accommodation. The basement apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and living room with kitchen.

Tegefjäll is part of Duved's ski system and offers fantastic skiing for the whole family. Here you will find everything from mini slopes for the little ones to wonderful forest skiing for those who love off-piste. Here you live with proximity to the Gunnilliften and Tegefjällsliften. Ica to-go store. If you want to go into Åre, the ski bus is a few minutes' walk away.

The space
The hall consists of good storage facilities, in the form of Elfa systems. Underfloor heating.

The two smaller bedrooms have a standing wardrobe where you can hang clothes with hangers. Bunk beds that are 90 cm wide, good mattresses. The large bedroom has a bed that is 160 cm wide, good mattress.
Under the bed, there are three pull-out drawers for storage.

The kitchen is equipped with everything that may be needed. There are spices, salt, pepper and some basic items available. Dishwasher. Induction stove.

Living room has a sofa, TV that can be viewed via apps or streamed from the phone, i.e. no analog TV.

The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, sink, sauna and washing machine. There is a drying rack.

Balloon with barbecue grill. Outdoor furniture is available (however, assembled and slightly removed in winter).

Reserved parking space with engine heater is available next to the apartment.

A lockable ski storage room.

Other things to note
- Towels and bed linens are not provided during the stay.
- You are responsible for cleaning the apartment. Leave it clean and tidy for the next guest.
- There is no analog TV. But you can watch TV via apps on the TV or stream via the phone.
- Snow shoveling is done by those who rent the apartment, i.e. outside the entrance hall and front doors. Good to know: From the parking lot to the apartment, there is a stretch that is shoveled by hand/stepped up in new snow. Nothing that is plowed.
