Opposite the world famous "Pete's Eats" Climbers cafe. Cosy, comfortable, and friendly. I have a wealth of knowledge of the local mountains and climbs, and am an International Mountain Leader, if you want to employ a guide.
Cosy shared living room, with a wood burner. Televisions in rooms, central heated, bath and shower, and comfortable beds. I have a husky (Dolly) but she has her own "flat" if you are nervous of dogs.
Shared bathroom, and living room (if I m around, otherwise sole use) there is an attractive outdoor area at the back (decking project is in progress :) bike shed has rear access.
Interaction with guests
If I am around, I have a wealth of knowledge of local walks and climbs. I used to run the house as a B&B, which many guests returned to, because they were made most welcome to feel at home.
Other things to note
If I m not here, a trusted friend will let you in and be a point of contact for your stay.
The parking restrictions only apply in the parking bays, between 9-5, so it's fine to park overnight, until 19.30, in these zones. The pay and display by the lake is also free overnight, but you really need to move the car by 9am. You can also get lucky and park in any of the non restricted places.
Enjoy yourselves. Get out into the mountains, and sleep well. If you do smoke, there is an area out the back. I know you will respect my lovely home and village. Because I am on the High Street, please take your shoes off, and use the boot rack on the right as you enter. Thank you
Keen surfer, climber, and supporter of Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team. I am a Welsh language learner. Although we don't get as great weather as some places in the world, I feel very lucky to be part of the unique local community in which I live!
