Interaction with guests
Both of us have full time jobs so we will be able to help out during mornings, evenings and weekends when we are home.
Fitzroy is the hippest suburb in Melbourne with a lot of amazing cafes, bars, restaurants and street art everywhere you look. Never a dull moment since we have moved here. There is always live music on every night somewhere walking distance so you don't have to worry about getting home after a good night out. Rose Street markets are on every Sunday.
1 minute walk to the tram line which leads directly into Melbourne CBD(approx 15minute). Parking is not really an option as all street spots are limited time or permit only
Other things to note
We can only accommodate two people only. Our place is not ideal for families. Please note: there are major building works carried out from the middle of February til the end of May. We don't know if this will be disturbing at all or not.
Treat it like you would your own home, relax and enjoy but also be respectful.
Make sure to always lock the door even if you're home. It's a great neighbourhood but it's better to be safe than sorry.
Please turn off the lights when you're not in the room and using it, it's good for the environment.
If you have any questions or need help with something, we are more than happy to help.
