Our overall aim is to ensure you enjoy the apartment and our beautiful city as much as we do. Wynyard station, Circular Quay Station and the trams are only minutes of walking distance away. You can use these to visit any other parts of Sydney
Buses are your other option to travel around Sydney. There are several options and depending on where you would like to go, the bus stops are again only a short walk.

✪ LIABILITY
• Your belongings are not covered by the host’s insurance or by the individual host or by the building management if damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed during your stay.
• The host or building management accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or injury in any way which you or any member of your party may suffer in connection with the accommodation.
✪ OUR GUESTS
• Your introductory message must be truthful.
• You must be 23 (twenty-three) years old and above to book this listing.
• The maximum number of guests allowed in and on the premises is your reservation guest count ONLY. Please, no external visitors.
• If you are bringing an infant on your trip to stay in the property, this is at your own risk. We have not made the property specifically infant friendly, and it is at the guest’s (you) discretion to decide if the property is safe to bring an infant.
• You are responsible for your own safety (and the safety of any other person present at the accommodation) during your stay.
• Respect the Neighbours of this building, especially while outside the apartment and in the hallways.

✪ DURING YOUR STAY POLICIES SO YOU CAN ENJOY A CLEAN & RELAXING HOME.

• Strictly no pets allowed.
• It is Australian law that whenever a fire inspection is on, we must allow the inspectors access. This happens twice a year in the morning on a random weekday. All guests must accept this as a possibility.
✪ PARTY, NOISE AND ANY VIOLATIONS
• Absolutely NO PARTIES! Please don’t be noisy after 10 PM.
• Excessive noise or violations of any of the terms of this agreement will be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy.
If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within the apartment, your booking will be cancelled. You may be charged a cleaning fee of $800.00 AUD and a $3,000 penalty fee.
Furthermore, you will be escorted off the premises by security or police, and no refund will be given.
✪ DAMAGES AND LOST KEYS
• If you notice any damage to the apartment which could be caused by previous guests, please take a photo of it from 3 different distances and send to us through email.
• You accept responsibility for any damages caused during your stay.
• If you accidentally break anything in the apartment during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
• If you lose a key, the expense could equate to more than USD 200 (two hundred USD).
✪ IMPORTANT
• Failure to obey house rules will result in immediate booking cancellation and eviction.
• There is always a chance of construction nearby our properties and we aren’t given notice prior. If this happens during your stay, we are unfortunately not able to compensate as it is outside of our control. We also cannot be responsible for building or street-wide power outages that are out of our control (extremely rare).

As our guest - you will have access to everything shown in the images - this being the recreational deck with it's swimming pool, sauna, spa and gym as well as the rare view of the harbour.
As if being invited to sit at the front row of an exclusive concert hall, you will be entrusted with the magnificent views of Sydney's Opera House, Bridge and stunning harbour.
This truly is a ‘Supreme’ location and apartment living experience.
Other things to note
Concierge services are not included in the booking. The apartment is in a hotel building however it is not operated by the hotel operator.
FIRE ALARM ACTIVATION FROM FIRE OR SMOKE:
This building is directly linked to the NSW Fire Brigade. NSW has in place very strict rules regarding the steam/smoke/heat alarm being activated. Activating the fire alarm can result in a billable event of $1776.00.
** COOKING **
- DO NOT create any smoke, steam or fire when cooking or toasting inside the apartment.
- DO NOT leave any type of cooking (including toaster) unattended.
- DO NOT let your cooking or toast/crumpets/bread burn.
- ALWAYS OPEN windows and rangehood when using the cooktop.
If you cause the activation of the fire alarm – there may likely be a cost of $1,750 - payable before you check out.

NO SMOKING will be tolerated inside the apartment. If evidence of smoke is noted - a fine of $250 will be applied via the resolution centre.
