Beautiful suite with pool view. Available with kingsize bed or 2 single beds. Kitchen counter with sink, basic kitchen tools (table wear and cutlery) and kettle. The space
B&B Monastiriako was built on the ruins of a Venetian monastery from the 16th century. It is located in the small village of Giannoudi. Secluded but not far from the beach and the pleasant city of Rethymnon where there is always something to do.

The area is ideal for walking and hiking in the beautiful gorges and mountains.

There are four spacious suites available, each with a different size, atmosphere and design. They have one thing in common: all four suites are very comfortable and have good beds. Each suite also has its own shower and toilet.

Guest access
All outdoor areas are accessible, such as the attractive gallery with a large 8 to 10-person table and the courtyard with swimming pool with various seating areas and sun beds. A general kitchen is available including all necessities.
The entire site is non-smoking, with the exception of the designated seating area at the front.

We are Sylvia and Ed. We are from The Hague and moved to Crete at the end of 2021 to fulfil our dream of opening a Bed and Breakfast in Crete. Our B&B is called B&B Monastiriako and is located in beautiful natural surroundings just outside Rethymno. I (Sylvia) have done many different things. But one of my big passions is cooking, and hospitality. In the Netherlands, I had a catering service and a nail salon. I really enjoy hosting people and showing them around this beautiful area.
