A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

The space
This 3 bedroom townhouse has upstairs a master guest bedroom with an ensuite, a walk in robe, reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fan and a smart TV. There are also 2 other bedrooms both with wardrobes, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans and a second bathroom that has a bath and shower over the bath and toilet plus a separate toilet down stairs with laundry.
Downstairs an open plan living room that does incorporate a office area and dining area, plus a newly renovated kitchen. It has a front balcony where you can sit back and relax or a back alfresco area where you can enjoy a BBQ.
We have free Wi-Fi and another smart TV downstairs that you can access streaming channels with your account and free to air channels, plus we supply tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper and all your basic cooking and toiletry needs to make your stay a little easier.
There is a garage for one car which has an opening height of 2 meters and also free parking on the street across the road.
