Large house with garden just for you. Renovated stylish old building with charm, perfectly equipped, central location in the 30th zone between Eider and the Kiel Canal, ideal starting point in the middle of Schleswig-Holstein to explore the regions.
The spacious holiday home, close to the Rendsburger town center (30er zone) stands in a beautiful street with old, typical for North Germany typical, red brick houses. The house and the beautifully designed garden with sunbathing and shadowing chairs is at your disposal. It has been completely renovated in 2012 and offers up to 8 people a comfortable accommodation on two levels. An inviting, spacious living-dining area, 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room are on the ground floor. On the first floor are a living-bedroom with balcony, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Also the terrace and the adjacent garden are plentifully furnished with furniture. Bicycles have space in the garage as well as two cars. Doctors, pharmacies, all shopping and many cultural activities are nearby.
The Haus Königsskoppel, four stars according to DTV classification, in Rendsburg is an ideal starting point for active and family tourists in Schleswig-Holstein. The Yachthafen on the Obereider, the inner city, Büdelsdorf and the north-east seas can be reached quickly. The canal is a pedestrian walkway, either via the hovering boat or underwater through the pedestrian tunnel. Thus you reach the south side of the canal and reach the adjoining villages of Westerrönfeld and Osterrönfeld.
The radius can be increased by bicycle. On both sides of the canal, you will find a pilot station, the longest bank in the world, a switch, other ferries, shipyards and just the beautiful landscape. From Schacht-Audorf river Eider and Nord-Ostseekanal flow together for a short time. From the canal you can visit the Bistensee Nature Park and the larger Lake Westensee. Many tours and maps are in the house.
The whole house with garden is at our guests' disposal. The kitchen is extensively equipped with everything needed for cooking. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, blender, kitchen machine, coffee machine, toaster, stove with ceramic hob and oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher etc.
For the initial use are all base spices, cooking oil, balsamico, salt, sugar, flour as well as a packet of coffee, tea and mineral water. There are also 1 hair dryer and toilet paper in each floor.
The garage has space for your bicycles and other small companions. Here you can also find a suitable selection cushions for garden furniture. Two cars have space in front of the garage on the driveway.
The house is not accessible by four steps from Bürgersteig to the property.

The prices shown are without bed linen. This can be booked on request: per person. 12 Euros for 1 set of linens, 1 shower towel, 3 towels 1 shower). In addition, energy costs are billed according to actual use for long-term bookings upon departure.
The holiday house is located in a residential area. Thus the usual consideration for the neighborhood is offered. The hirer has to handle the inventory carefully and to replace all damage incurred during the rental period (also by children).
On the day of departure, the tenant will vacate the apartment of the designated contact person by 10 am and provide it in a besieged condition. The tenant is still doing the following work:
Rinse the dishes, empty the dustbin, the paper baskets and the refrigerator.
