Beautiful ocean, and big sky view from this peaceful, private, upper story space in Sellicks Beach with private entrance. Perfect for a relaxing solo holiday or a couples retreat. The space consists of large open plan living and kitchen; and separate bedroom all with glass doors to the ocean view decking area. The property is 700m walk through the reserve to the beach. There are many cafes, restaurants and wineries within easy access .On site massage therapy and private yoga classes available

The space
The property is overlooking a quiet reserve ,and the ocean. It looks out over trees and the Washpool, which is full of water and bird life from autumn to late spring. There is a spacious comfortable living area opening out onto a nice sized deck where you can relax and enjoy the view over the garden to the sea. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed also looking out to the ocean. The kitchen sink also has a gorgeous view, making you almost want to do the dishes.

Self check-in. Code will be sent the day of check-in. Sellicks now has a deli with great coffee and snacks,and Ithaca a Greek takeaway and Restaurant on the Esplanade.
List of local cafes, restaurants, venues etc will available. It is a wonderful area with many delicious places to visit

Neighbourhood highlights

Quiet neighborhood, opposite reserve with Tennis court. Easy walk to a pristine and beautiful beach, and General Store on the Esplanade where you can grab some supplies, coffee, ice creams etc. ,short drive to Silver Sands Beach Club (great local wine and food), the infamous Victory Hotel(book early for a table due to its great popularity and awesome sunset view), and many other local treaures within a few minute drive.
