Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
The perfect Fremantle mini-break starts here. Stay in our beautifully designed, light filled loft located in the beating heart of Fremantle's historic West End district.

Just a moments walk from the both the 'Cappuccino strip', and Fremantle's High Street, yet you will feel a world away in this spacious, leafy, open plan apartment.

From the generous ground floor entry, a romantic spiral staircase will lead you to two beautifully decorated floors, with a street facing balcony.

The space
A large open plan apartment spread over 3 levels, in a small complex. Ground floor entry leads to the first floor containing a generous lounge area, open plan kitchen, bathroom with built in laundry, dining area and private balcony overlooking the street. The top floor houses a large mezzanine style bedroom, with work desk and an open plan robe.

Parking is available in a private gated courtyard area. There is a restricted height (2.3m approx.) and width to the courtyard entrance, however most vehicles including vans and large 4wd’s can navigate this.

Note - due to the spiral staircase and multiple levels, this apartment may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the apartment and grounds, with the exception of a small housekeeping storage area on the top floor.

Other things to note
An exceptional level of love and care has been has been given to this apartment to make it a truly unique and memorable holiday destination.

We want our guests to have the very best time and enjoy everything Fremantle has to offer.

In turn, we request that you please respect our neighbours when coming and going from the property and keep noise and disruption to other residents to a minimum.

Whilst we are located in one of the quieter and safer streets in downtown Fremantle, we are in a very central location, and with this comes a certain amount of hustle and bustle.

Some street noise should be expected, this tends to settle down at 10pm, when noise restrictions come into place. This can be seasonal as Fremantle is more lively during warmer months, and on the weekends. If you are a light sleeper, or looking for a quiet escape, a less central location may be more suitable for you.

We share the street with the local police station which makes our street particularly safe. We do however encourage our guests to be vigilant with the security of your belongings and property, and always leave the property locked when not in residence.

Neighbourhood highlights

Fremantle's West End District is a designated heritage precinct listed under the State Register of Heritage Places. Encompassing over 250 buildings in the western end of Fremantle, many of which were constructed in the 1890's or 1900. The area is an almost intact port city business district with a variety of gold boom era buildings.

The complex housing our accomodation is a mix of old and new, with part of the site containing a heritage listed facade dating from 1890, and the newer apartment complex. The newer build in which we are located, is built around some retained heritage warehouse structure. The apartment complex consisting of 12 units, was developed and built in the 1990's.
The West end now is a vibrant mix of bars, restaurants, cafes, art galleries & studios, shops and university buildings.

Bathers Beach is a short stroll away, as is The Roundhouse- Western Australia's oldest building. If museums and history are your thing- The Maritime Museum and The Shipwreck Museum are all within easy walking distance.

You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants, cafes and eateries, as well as bars and nighttime haunts. Fremantle also boasts an excellent cinema, indoor mini golf and bowling, as well as a brand new library, beautiful parks, the fishing boat harbour, and the port itself. You can watch the boats come in from Gage Roads Brewery, take a day trip to Rottnest island, or head into Perth City via the train station- a short 200m walk away.
