It is a very secure and peaceful neighbourhood, with clean and well-maintained souks and convenient access to the new city. The city's best restaurants and trendy cafés are also in the area (El Fenn, Café Arabe, La table du Palais, etc.) as well as stunning hammams (Riad Elisa, Hammam de la rose, etc.).
Taxis to the new town and the airport are a 5-minute walk from the Riad.
