This is a beautiful double upper apartment right in the centre of the historical village of Dunkeld on the banks of the River Tay.
The accommodation consists of a large entrance hallway - perfect for storing bicycles or buggies etc. This hallway is also where we ask dogs to live if you are bringing them - loads of space! You then walk up the curved stairway to the first floor landing with the bright, light, airy sitting room dead ahead of you. The large family bathroom is on your right hand side. On this floor, you will also find the dining room which comfortably seats 10 and a well equipped kitchen, as well as one superking sized bedroom which can be converted in to two twins if desired. On the second floor you will find the further four bedrooms and a shower room.
The guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is also a small courtyard garden which is blissful for a cup of coffee on a sunny morning.
Interaction with guests
I live just a few miles away and am contactable very easily. Even on the occasions when I am away, we will always have someone available to you for the duration of your stay.
We really want our guests to enjoy their time in Dunkeld. All we ask us that they respect our property and also our neighbours.
Noise and music are generally accepted in the village until 11pm, but after this we would be very grateful if volume could be kept to a minimum. Thank you!
My husband and I have been lucky enough to bring our children up in this glorious corner of Perthshire. We have lived in the area for over 15 years and run our companies from offices below the apartment.
