The space
Our apartment is a modern and large 103sqm apartment which is located on the first floor (up one flight of stairs). Space includes: two large bedrooms with built-in robes, master bedroom with modern ensuite, bright open plan living/dining, gas kitchen with all cookware provided, cutlery, crockery, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, large sofa, Wi-Fi, 55" 4K Smart TV, mini office, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and massive private balcony with BBQ and outdoor lounge. Wooden floor boards in bedrooms and tiles throughout the apartment. Perfect for families with children.
Situated in a secluded area, the apartment enjoys a north-facing position and receives ample sunlight throughout the day. The balcony overlooks parklands, offering a serene atmosphere accompanied by the soothing sounds of birds. You may even be fortunate enough to have a kookaburra or cockatoo land on the balcony while you're enjoying a drink outside.
Conveniently located near the vibrant heart of Campsie, it's just a 650m (0.4mi) walk to the restaurants and shops at the north end of Beamish St.
The Campsie train station is only 900m (0.6mi) away, which is 20-25min direct train ride to Sydney CBD. There are nearby bus stops with direct routes to the airport and Central station.

From the end of September 2024 the Campsie train station will be closed for a major upgrade project, however there will be a FREE replacement PINK bus service from Campsie train station to Sydenham train station. Please check the Sydney Metro website for more information.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Additionally, it's important to mention that the apartment is not wheelchair accessible, as access is via stairs.
FAQs
Is there parking?
Yes, there is one dedicated underground parking spot available with a maximum height of 2.0m. Additionally, the complex provides eight free visitor parking spaces without height restrictions, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These visitor spaces are located at the main gate entrance. If all the visitor spaces are occupied, free street parking is also available.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests. The connection speed is generally good, allowing for seamless streaming. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the connection as it may be affected by factors outside our control, such as your device or issues with the telecoms provider network. Nonetheless, we will do our best to assist you with your Wi-Fi connection.
Can guests request an early check-in or late check-out?
Our standard check-in time is 3pm, and the standard check-out time is 10am. These times allow for proper cleaning of the apartment before the arrival of the next guests.
We can only accommodate early check-ins if there are no guests staying on the night before your check-in date. The same goes for late check-outs. If you're interested, please feel free to inquire before making your booking.
For guests with long-haul flights that are booking far in advance and require early access to the apartment - many guests actually book the night before to ensure accommodation is available as early as 7am.
Is there house keeping for longer stays?
Yes, this service is available if requested. Cost is $180 and will include a full linen change (incl bathroom towels, kitchen towels etc...) and complete clean of the entire apartment. This usually takes 4 hours and we request guests not to be in the apartment during the time.
Are there any rules?
Yes, there are a few important rules to note. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and balcony. We also have cleaning rules in place, mainly centered around keeping the apartment clean and tidy during your stay, treating it as you would your own home.
During your stay, we kindly request the following from our guests:
Please ensure to clean up the kitchen after each significant use.
If you use the BBQ please remove and wash the cast iron grills after use and clean out any fallen bits under the iron grills.
Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
We kindly ask you to be cautious with the white linen and towels. Please make sure to remove any makeup before using the towel and sheets/pillow cases. Makeup removal towelettes are provided in both bathrooms. Any damage or stains on sheets and towels may incur additional charges.
Before your departure, we would greatly appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and electrical appliances.
We trust that you will take good care of the apartment throughout your stay and adhere to the house rules.
Guest access
You will be granted full access to the spacious 2 bedroom apartment along with a generously-sized private balcony. This apartment is entirely self-contained, featuring a fully furnished kitchen and providing essential amenities like towels, bed sheets, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and more.
Other things to note
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is an additional single bed (trundle) in the master bedroom.
There is a small infant size portable cot available on request, however you will need to bring your own linen.
There is 1x dedicated underground parking spot - MAX HEIGHT 2.0m. Additionally, the complex has 8x free visitor parking spaces (without height restrictions), however it is first come first serve. The 8x spaces are located as you enter the main gate. If all the visitor spaces are full then there is free street parking.
No smoking in the apartment please, including on the balcony.
Please be considerate to our neighbours by keeping noise levels down.
No parties please.
